DESCRIPTION:Get ready for a Spooktacular time at Camp Spookamaga \nSaturday\, October 11\, 2026 from 1:30-8 PM \nCost per person is $7.00 (kids and adults) at gate. \nCash\, check (one per troop/group preferred)\, or credit card. \nNo Pre-Registration available. \nNumerous older Girl Scout troops from all over are busy planning and organizing fright sites for troops and families to visit. Celebrate Juliette Gordon Low’s birthday with busy visiting our haunted Camp Spookamaga. ALL Girl Scouts and their families are welcome. \nConcessions are available for purchase at the back of the dining hall. \nFright Site maps will have all the spots to stop while at camp with the level of fright for each site. It is recommended that younger girls attend during daylight. Expect to spend 3-4 hours wandering camp to experience all the sites. \nSafety Info: \nBring a flashlight\, it gets dark quickly on the trails. You may want it to light your way back to the car as well. No costumes necessary\, please remember this is a FAMILY FRIENDLY event.

DESCRIPTION:Girl Scouts at Chanhassen Dinner Theatre \n501 West 78th Street Chanhassen\, MN 55317 \nWho: Girl Scouts in 4th–12th grade for the 2026–2027 academic year & troop leaders.\n** This is a troop event and not a parent/daughter event unless you are a registered Juliette Girl Scout. **\n** All participating Girl Scouts and leaders must have an active membership for the 2026–2027 Girl Scout year. ** \n** Memberships will be verified by GSRV staff. **\nDate: Saturday\, October 10\, 2026 \nTime: Must arrive at the theater by 10:50AM for the meal prior to the 1:00PM show. \nCost: $79.50 per ticket \n** The ticket includes all taxes\, fees\, gratuity and beverage choice of water\, coffee\, tea or one glass of milk. **\n** Adults are not allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages due to Girl Scout event guidelines. **\n** Girl Scouts and troops are able to purchase appetizers\, desserts and drink cups with pop at your own expense. ** \n** No ticket refunds will be given after August 25\, 2026. **\nRegistration Dates: June 1 – August 25\,2026 \n** All tickets must be paid for in full with a completed registration form based on the order received and the 2026-2027 \nmembership verified by GSRV. ** \nDress Code: Business casual\, comfortable it’s a dressy environment\, Girl Scouts need to wear their vest. \n** NO jeans\,shorts\, pajama pants\, pants with holes\, sweatshirts or revealing tops. ** \n** It may be chilly in the theater\, dress accordingly. **\nAdditional Event Information \n** Troops must follow Girl Scout to adult ratio must be met per the GSRV guidelines .** \n** Tickets will be distributed in the lobby.** \n** You must enter the theatre with your assigned table-mates\, with one person holding the tickets for the entire table.** \n** All cell phones must be silenced or turned off BEFORE entering the theatre. ** \n** All waterbottles\, backpacks and large items must remain in the vehicle unless needed for medical purposes. **\n** Once seating has been assigned\, it will remain final and no seat changes will be allowed. **\n** Girl Scouts must remain in their assigned seats unless they are accompanied by an adult. **\n** Girl Scouts are NOT allowed in the gift shop unless they are accompanied by an adult. **\n** All Girl Scouts must be chaperoned when walking to the bathroom. ** \n** Chanhassen staff will confiscate any phone used during the performance & only return it to the event organizers. It is\nrecommended that Girl Scouts 4th – 12th grade leave their phone in the vehicle unless it is needed for medical purposes. **\n** You are not allowed to ask Chanhassen Dinner staff to charge your phone or use theatre outlets to charge your phone. **\n** All unattended phones or phones plugged into outlets will be treated as lost property and locked in a secure place. **\n** If found in a non-public area of the theatre\, you will be removed from the theatre & suprived by your troop leader. **\n** Girl Scouts who are disruptive will be escorted out by Chanhassen staff and will be supervised by their troop leader. **\n** Students may not be left unattended while waiting for a ride after the show & will be supervised by their troop leader. **\nYou will receive an email prior to the event. SUMMARY:2026 Women's Winter Weekend at Camp Northwoods
DESCRIPTION:All registered Girl Scout female adults in the River Valleys Council area are invited to join us for a weekend filled with friendship\, activities and fun. \nGet your blood pumping with some great outdoor activities like snowshoeing\, cross-country skiing\, sledding and night hikes or feel free to stay in the warm troop house and relax. Other activities include (but are not limited to) working on your own projects\, (knitting\, crocheting\, paper crafting\, etc) card games\, board games\, reading and whatever else you can dream up. We generally plan a crafting project that includes supplies and instructions. \nWe will be looking for volunteers for food planning\, shopping\, driving\, cooking and clean-up. If everyone works together we can all enjoy a great time together! \nDepart: Friday\, February 6 ($80.00)\n(Departure times to be determined by individual carpools)\nThis fee covers indoor lodging at the troop houses and 4 meals (breakfast\, lunch and dinner on Saturday; brunch on Sunday).\nOR\nThursday\, February 5 ($90.00)\nParticipants choosing the additional day option will get 3 meals on Friday also. \nReturn: Sunday\, February 8 (time to be determined by individual carpools) \nCost: Payment due by Monday\, January 25\, 2026 \nHot chocolate will be available throughout the weekend. Milk\, water\, coffee and juice will be available at each meal.\nCarpools will be arranged if desired. DESCRIPTION:Monday\, November 25\, 2024 \n3 pm to 7 pm \nJoin us for a fun holiday open house gathering. The Alumnae Association leadership team has a full load of activities to enjoy! Food\, beverages\, trivia\, bingo (with prizes)\, simple and easy craft and socializing with other volunteers. \nAdded bonus – if you have any of your shopping done\, you can bring your purchases along and wrap them with the provided supplies\, or have one of our willing volunteers wrap them for you. \nAll this for the reasonable cost of $10.00 to cover our expenses. \n
