Friday Oct. 6:
9:00 Leave St. Paul
10:00 Visit the Watt Munisotaram (the largest Cambodian Buddhist Temple in North America) in Hampton MN. Free will offering.
12:00 Lunch on the way to Winona.
Check in at Super 8 Motel in Winona (2 people per room)
Afternoon in Winona:
Marine (as in water, not military) Museum
Watkins Museum
Polish Museum
Dinner in Winona area and then we can decide what else to do.
Saturday Oct. 7
Breakfast – continental included in hotel fee
10:00 Pickwick Mill a historic flour mill
12:00 Lunch
1:00 Kinstone in Fountain City. This is a 30 acre haven of peaceful beauty with stone sculptures and natural buildings overlooking the Mississippi River.
The rest of the afternoon can be decided by the group.
Overnight back at the Super 8 in Winona.
Sunday after breakfast we will head towards Stockholm WI for their annual fall Fresh Art Tour https://www.freshart.org/. We will decide where we want to stop to visit artist studios along the beautiful bluffs.
Stop at the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum
Fees for all attractions and hotel are included in the price of the registration. Lunch and dinner costs and any other purchases are the responsibility of the attendee.
