Our events are open to all alumnae. That includes anyone with any Girl Scout involvement – whether you were a Brownie 50 years ago or are a brand new troop leader.

Who: Girl Scouts in 4th–12th grade for the 2026–2027 academic year & troop leaders.
** This is a troop event and not a parent/daughter event unless you are a registered Juliette Girl Scout. **
** All participating Girl Scouts and leaders must have an active membership for the 2026–2027 Girl Scout year. **
** Memberships will be verified by GSRV staff. **
Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026
Time: Must arrive at the theater by 10:50AM for the meal prior to the 1:00PM show.
Cost: $79.50 per ticket
** The ticket includes all taxes, fees, gratuity and beverage choice of water, coffee, tea or one glass of milk. **
** Adults are not allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages due to Girl Scout event guidelines. **
** Girl Scouts and troops are able to purchase appetizers, desserts and drink cups with pop at your own expense. **
** No ticket refunds will be given after August 25, 2026. **
Registration Dates: June 1 – August 25,2026
** All tickets must be paid for in full with a completed registration form based on the order received and the 2026-2027
membership verified by GSRV. **
Dress Code: Business casual, comfortable it’s a dressy environment, Girl Scouts need to wear their vest.
** NO jeans,shorts, pajama pants, pants with holes, sweatshirts or revealing tops. **
** It may be chilly in the theater, dress accordingly. **
Additional Event Information
** Troops must follow Girl Scout to adult ratio must be met per the GSRV guidelines .**
** Tickets will be distributed in the lobby.**
** You must enter the theatre with your assigned table-mates, with one person holding the tickets for the entire table.**
** All cell phones must be silenced or turned off BEFORE entering the theatre. **
** All waterbottles, backpacks and large items must remain in the vehicle unless needed for medical purposes. **
** Once seating has been assigned, it will remain final and no seat changes will be allowed. **
** Girl Scouts must remain in their assigned seats unless they are accompanied by an adult. **
** Girl Scouts are NOT allowed in the gift shop unless they are accompanied by an adult. **
** All Girl Scouts must be chaperoned when walking to the bathroom. **
** Chanhassen staff will confiscate any phone used during the performance & only return it to the event organizers. It is
recommended that Girl Scouts 4th – 12th grade leave their phone in the vehicle unless it is needed for medical purposes. **
** You are not allowed to ask Chanhassen Dinner staff to charge your phone or use theatre outlets to charge your phone. **
** All unattended phones or phones plugged into outlets will be treated as lost property and locked in a secure place. **
** If found in a non-public area of the theatre, you will be removed from the theatre & suprived by your troop leader. **
** Girl Scouts who are disruptive will be escorted out by Chanhassen staff and will be supervised by their troop leader. **
** Students may not be left unattended while waiting for a ride after the show & will be supervised by their troop leader. **
