Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM)

The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Alumnae Special Interest Group was formed to provide opportunities and connections for Girl Scout Alumnae to be life-long STEM learners and mentors. We:

  • Facilitate STEM sessions at the Lakamaga Adult Conference for alumnae and troop leaders
  • Volunteer to work with Girl Scouts at STEM events
  • Attend various STEM events around the Twin Cities area (Adult Social Evenings at the Science Museum of Minnesota, Astronomy nights at the University of Minnesota, etc.)

If you are interested in forming friendships with other alumnae who have an interest in STEM, visit our Facebook page or email Kris Klos at mmmlilacs@gmail.com.
